Schedule for Retreat – Fall 2024

MEALS: (Overnight guests and daily guests who have prepaid only). All meals are served in the Dining Hall
▪ Tuesday: Dinner at 5 pm.
▪ Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: Brunch at 10 am, Dinner at 5 pm.
▪ Sunday: Brunch at 9 a.m.
SCHEDULE: Quilter’s Yard Sale all week in the upstairs meeting room.
TUESDAY: PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 10:30 am!
▪ Check in, pick up packet.
▪ Announcements at 4:30. Must be present and registered for possible door prizes.
▪ At 7 p.m., gather in the upstairs meeting room for a fun game (Bring three batik fat quarters to participate)
WEDNESDAY: Come anytime. Doors are unlocked at 6 am.
▪ Check in, pick up packet, if you haven’t already done so.
▪ Massages begin at 10:30 am. Sign up on list at the info station (white board). 30 minutes=$45; 60 minutes=$75.
▪ Announcements and door prize drawing at 4:30. Must be present and registered.
THURSDAY: Come anytime. Doors are unlocked at 6 am.

▪ Vendor – The Fabric Center, will be open from 11 – 4 in the upstairs meeting room. Cash or check only, NO
CREDIT CARDS!
▪ 3 pm, Demo “Paper Pieced Flying Geese Without All the Paper” in upstairs meeting room. Instructors are
Cherri Hess and Jana Franklin.

FRIDAY: Come anytime. Doors are unlocked at 6 am.

▪ Martin’s Bernina will be set up for machine cleaning ($25) and scissor sharpening ($4) starting around 8:30 am in
the upstairs meeting room. Sign up on list at the info station (white board).
▪ Ray Souders will be selling his popular line of wood products in the large sewing room from 11 am – 5 pm.
▪ Announcements and door prize drawing at 4:30. Must be present and registered.
▪ Encore game of left/right/center at 7 pm in the upstairs meeting room. Bring 3 Halloween themed fat quarters to
play.
SATURDAY: Come anytime. Doors are unlocked at 6 am.
▪ Check in, pick up packet, if you haven’t already done so.
▪ At 3 p.m., Demo “Christmas Gnomes” in upstairs meeting room. Instructor is Cindy Bender.
▪ Announcements and door prize drawing at 4:30. Must be present and registered.
▪ Show and Tell at 7 pm in upstairs meeting room.
SUNDAY: Come anytime. Doors are unlocked at 6 am.
▪ Brunch served at 9 am.
▪ Checkout time is 11:30 a.m. Be sure to remove any food, yard sale items and personal belongings. The
committee is not responsible for any items left behind!
